Installation Guarantee
Following delivery, we have little to no control over the scale's usage, or physical surroundings.
From the date of installation, all weighing apparatus and parts are protected by manufacturer guarantees. Apollo Scales manufactures parts and equipment for weighing systems to meet a variety of specific needs. We will supply the conditions of particular item or equipment warranties upon request. Every product is meticulously made by us.
For thirty (30) days after installation, we offer a warranty on new equipment and parts. The warranty includes services for fixing installation issues, replacing malfunctioning equipment, and correcting inaccurate calibrations. The client would be charged at regular rates if the equipment or part(s) were damaged by them after installation. If the damage was caused by the consumer, we will find out. Services and/or repairs beyond the warranty term will be charged at regular rates.
Except as provided above, no additional guarantee, expressed or implied, verbal or otherwise, shall exist, unless duly authorized in writing and duly dated by a representative with authority.
Warranty on Maintenance and Repairs
You consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the Website in line with the terms and conditions by using the Website and/or providing your information. This consent covers sharing your information in compliance with this privacy statement, among other things.
After equipment is repaired or maintained, we additionally offer a Repair and Maintenance Warranty. The warranty includes servicing to fix inaccurate calibrations and unsuccessful repairs. In the event that the customer is proven to have damaged the equipment, ordinary billing rates will apply. If the damage was caused by the consumer, we will find out. Services and/or repairs beyond the warranty term will be charged at regular rates. Except as provided above, no additional guarantee, expressed or implied, verbal or otherwise, shall exist, unless duly authorized in writing and duly dated by a representative with authority.
We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify and update these Terms. Any modifications will take effect right away after being posted on the website. Use of the Site after such modifications is considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
